Processing your order, manufacturing the products, and delivering (free of charge) require up to 10 to 15 business days for our team. We strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.

We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum quantity required per order and all our deliveries are free.
If your order includes multiple items, they may be sent separately, depending on available stock and shipping warehouses. Do not worry, your package will arrive soon.
Is there a problem with the Postal Service? Package lost, broken, or destroyed?
With our secure delivery, our team handles disputes on your behalf. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We do not blame the carrier while leaving you to “deal with it” yourself. We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new package at our expense.

Cancellation and Returns
It is entirely possible to cancel your order! If the order is already being prepared, however, the cancellation fees will amount to 40% of the purchase price.

Our items undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, please send us a photo of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) along with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
